      Refund Policy

      Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

      Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

      To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

      Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

      There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

      • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
      • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
      • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

      Damages and issues

      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

      European Union 14 day cooling off period

      Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.         A estupidez humana me surpreende, a quantidade de gente se machucando com isso é impressionante, porém o produto funciona perfeitamente quando se usa seguindo as (básicas e simples) instruções, que são usar com a pele quente e úmida e com algum tipo de hidratante no máximo 1 vez a cada 2 semanas. Só diz que não funciona quem tem o qi de um amendoim.
